Big mould :the longest is 2 meter,weight20-30 T.


2. Do you build hot runner molds?

Yes, we build hot runner molds and different systems such as DME, Yudo,HASCO,ANOLE .


3. What type of files can you accept?

We can accept different types of files such as IGES, DXF, DWG, STP, PRT, X_T, PDF.


4. What type of steel do you use?

1.2738(Germany), ,IMPAX 718H(Sweden), LKM 2738HH,LKM2344,LKM 2311(Dongguan), LKM 2312,etc.


5. what kind of material do you use ?

ABS,PP,PC,PE,HDPE,POM,PA6,PA66,PA6+GF,PS,PMMA,TPU,TPE,PVC


6. What type of process do you use on mould surface ?

1)polish 2)texture 3)core and cavity harden


7.How can we approval samples ?

1)Customers can test mould ,and check size and assemble information.

2) We can send samples to customer by DHL,TNT,EMS and other express company


8.Do you have after service on mould ?

We will put the solution when client feedback problem in 24 hours. Mould warranty one year (but not including human damage or misoperation),if spare parts damaged, we will provide free accessories. If appear serious quality problem, I will pay out or mutual agreement.
